Description
Borgeson power steering conversion box for 1962-1966 Chevy II Nova. New manufactured modern power steering gearbox with a 11/16″-36 spline input shaft and a 14:1 ratio. Steering column modifications required for installation, see product instructions for more info. All Borgeson power steering boxes are assembled and tested in the USA from globally sourced components and have a 3-year warranty.
IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES
1: Power conversion box is intended for use with stock column.
2: Floor Shift Applications Only. Any stock column can be modified to our box however column shift is not possible with added length of steering box.
AVAILABLE KITS:
Kit # 11259533 – Base Kit – Box and column shaft. (Use this kit if upgrading from manual steer and do not need additional accessories)
Kit # 11259534 – PS to PS Kit – Upgrade from factory ram assist. Box, column shaft, hoses and drag link adapter.
Kit # 11259535 – MS to PS/SWP Kit – Upgrade from factory manual steering with Small Block Chevy with short water pump. Box, column shaft, hoses, pump, pulley, bracket.
Kit # 11259536 – MS to PS/LWP Kit – Upgrade from factory manual steering with Small Block Chevy with long water pump. Box, column shaft, hoses, pump, pulley, bracket.

Pitman Shaft: 1-1/8″ GM with 32 Splines and 4 Master Splines
Pressure Port: 16mm X 1.5 Flare (Located closest to engine)
Return Port: 16mm X 1.5 Flare (Located closest to input shaft)
Maximum Pressure: 1450 PSI Maximum Operating Pressure, 1100-1250 Optimal
Flow Rate: 2.0-2.5 GPM Flow Rate Recommended
